The launch eDM for a weekly series called The Warm Up
Throughout my time at Centr, I wrote weekly eDMs. Working with a brief from the content and marketing leads, I was responsible for developing short, sharp, action-oriented content that would either drive traffic to the app (retention) or direct people to the website to sign up (acquisition).
I developed a strong ability to know clearly who I was talking to in any given eDM, whether a potential or long-term customer, as well as their personal fitness goals, to deliver copy that captured their attention and drove them to action.
I also spear-headed the re-development of some evergreen eDM journeys for different stages of the customer lifecycle.
