The brief for this new fitness program was to create a concept that showcased the freedom and accessibility of exercising without equipment.

People often feel constrained if they don’t have access to a gym or equipment at home, so for this program I wanted to show customers that Centr has not only found a solution, but that endless results are within reach – whether you have a gym membership and a set of dumbbells or not.
